I. FESTIVAL DATA

Location Ortakent ( 45 km from the Airport )

11 September Arrival Day
11-15 September Official Festival Days

III. GROUP AND PARTICIPANT RESTRICTIONS
• In Festival may participate adult , youth and children folkore dance groups , modern dance groups , vocal , instrumental groups and soloists as well groups and performers from other art’s styles and the participant groups has no limit of the number of participants.Groups should perform approximately 10-15 minutes either with live or cd
• At the arriving in Turkey ,the participants must have valid medical insurance / obligatory-in accordance with the Turkish legislation.
• The organization will be given all the material and needed for the better knowledge of the groups , as well as the administrative requirements. The group should send this information before the 31th January 2012.

IV. TRANSFORMATION - TRAVEL INFORMATION
• The groups must pay the travel expenses by them selves to city of Bodrum or to Bodrum Airport and back.
• The festival will assure free of charge buses for the groups coming by plane to pick up them from Bodrum Airport ,during the festival days and back to the Bodrum Airport.
The participant groups has arrive to Bodrum (Turkey) on 11th of September 2012 and leave on 16th of September 2012 after having breakfast.

2. FESTIVAL CONDITIONS.PROGRAMS etc.
Accommodation ( from 11 th until 16 of September after breakfast-5 nigths)

Expration Dates
Expration date of Applications is 31 January 2012.Each application is guaranteed by deposit of 40% of whole paid before 15 Februery 2012.
The rest of the sum must be paid until 11 September 2012 or in cash in the arrival day.

In these weekend there are many different workshops you can choose to follow, but there are two workshop especially for balkan music; "Klinkt als Balkan" for starting instrumentalists of balkanmusic and "Bulgaarse en Balkanzang" for skilled singers.

All weekend of Stichting Volksmuziek Nederland are inclusief lessons and logees.
