Holiday "Sirnitsa in Troyan - day of proshka" and Culinary Competition "Meals on Sirnitsa"

On 26.02.2012, the (Sunday) will be held for the fifth time Feast "Sirnitsa in Troyan - day of proshka". New this year is to conduct culinary competition "Meals on Sirnitsa" which we hope to participate.

The criteria by which a competent jury will evaluate the dishes are:
1. Contain only products eligible for consumption "Sirni zagovezni "
2. Authentic dishes
3. Taste and flavor
4. Appearance

Festival is organized by the Culture center "Nauka - 1870" Troyan, Troyan municipality, neighborhood "Lagat", "Zetra TV" and Company "Stoevi Brothers".

Starts at 15.00 hours with the Renaissance Square parade - masquerade and continues at 16.00 hours on the lawn of T. Staevska Lagat in the quarter.

You can expect a lot of fun and games with Folklore Ensemble "Trayana" and with special survakari group - Elov dol mummers.
