R E G U L A T I O N S
♫ Great International Folklore Music and Dance Festival BELGRADE AWARD 2013. is being held under the patronage of the Belgrade city / Zvezdara municipality.
It is gathering folk dance groups and music bands from all over the world, who like to meet new people and spend unforgettable holiday week in Belgrade, singing and dancing together.
♫ Festival organizer is CULTURAL & FOLK ART ASSOCIATION ’’Sveti Sava’’ from Belgrade, Serbia.
♫ Festival is competitive and is open for all groups, no age limit. Winners will be awarded by special cups and medals. Propositions of the festival competition will be sent to groups later.
♫ Competition part of the festival is not obligatory, only for groups that apply. All other groups take part in the review night.
♫ There will be 5 winning categories: best performance-dancing, best orchestra-music, best choir-singing, best costumes, best scenery.
♫ Also, there will be some ’’friendly’’ awards: best animation, most cheerful group, etc.
♫ Groups will have two performances at the festival. Each group has to prepare 5-15 min. of quality program. Performances are on the open air stages, wooden and concrete, also indoor (in case of bad weather).
♫ It is not necessary to have live music. It is also allowed to perform using CD, but it has to be of a good quality recording.
♫ Accommodation of participating groups is organized in the 2 and 3 star hotels as well as Belgrade hostels on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner).
♫ Each group will get diploma for the participation to the festival, as well as DVD from the festival after the festival is finished.
♫ Every group will get official brochure of the festival with the presentation of the participating groups, in English.
♫ The group has to bring its national flag and board with the group name for the parade.
♫ Every group must have one English speaking person. Organizer will give an English speaking guide for every group who will be responsible for contact 24h a day.
♫ Number of participating groups is not unlimited and the places will be given to the groups who send their pre-payment first - 20€ per person (this amount is not refundable if the group cancels their participation).
♫ Each group has 1 free place for 25 persons who pay.



♫ The groups have to organize their travel to and from Belgrade.
Date of ARRIVAL to Belgrade 27.04. around noon.
DEPARTURE from Belgrade 1.may after breakfast.
♫ For the groups that are coming by plane, the organizers provide transfers for the performances free of charge.
♫ For the groups that are coming with their own bus there is a free parking place in the hotels area.
♫ Specially,
for the groups that come by plane (airport Nikola Tesla), we can organize bus transfers. Return bus ticket price (airport-hotel-airport) is 15eur per person.
♫ If group needs visa, it is responsibility of the group to arrange it! Organizers can only give invitation letter to groups and can not interfere to visa issuing process and make extra contacts to embassies.
♫ The groups are recommended to have insurance policy for all their members.

A C C O M M O D A T I O N
All participating groups will be accommodated in a quality 3 star hotels and hostels, located just 5-10min. walk from Belgrade downtown and festival place.

(A) HOSTEL PARTICIPATION FEE
HOSTEL is close to sport center Tasmajdan and Pioneer Sports Hall. It is surrounded by lot of greenery. It is also on a 10min. walking distance to the Festival stage with great variety of facilities:

ABOUT BELGRADE
Belgrade (Beograd) is the capital of Serbia, and has a population of around 1.6 million. It is situated in South-Eastern Europe, on the Balkan Peninsula, at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. It is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has since ancient times been an important focal point for traffic, an intersection of the roads of Eastern and Western Europe.
Belgrade is the capital of Serbian culture, education, science and economy. As a result of its tumultuous history, Belgrade has for centuries been home to many nationalities, with Serbs of the Orthodox Christian religion making up the majority of the population (90%). The official language is Serbian, while visitors from abroad can use English to communicate.
The climate in Belgrade is a moderate continental one, with an average daytime temperature of 11.7oC. Belgrade is in the Central European Time (CET) zone (GMT+1 hour). Summer time (GMT+2 hours) lasts from the end of March until the end of October. The official currency is the dinar (RSD), but Euros can be exchanged freely. INTERNATIONAL BODRUM DANCE FESTIVAL

International Dance Councill – UNESCO, declared the April 20th as “ World Dance Day” in 1982. The date, which is started to celebrate with a great enthusiasm in all over the world had celebrated for the firs time in Turkey at 2000 in Bodrum.

“Bodrum Dance Festival” is being arranged every year at April 29th. to celebrate this special day will be organised in 2013 as “World Dance Day” in international platform.

The festival which will begin at 27 April 2013 and keep on 4 days long will make Bodrum get together with interesting costumes, dances, musics and different cultures

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS FOR DANCE

1) Transportation expenses to Bodrum Airport ( BJV ) or to Bodrum bus station and the return transportation to hometown of the groups belong to the participants .

2) The transfers during the festival ( April 27th – May 1st ) for the groups from/ to the Airport / bus station, and between the hotel and festival area, will be provided by the organization comittee.

3) The groups who will come by their own vehicles should get the responsibility of their transportation during the festival. Organization comittee is not responsible about their vehicle management. The groups are responsible about the expenses of the repairement of their own vehicles. According to the things that mentioned above, the group vehicles should be fit into International Transport Specifications .

4) Each group should consist of max. 25 people. The quantity of the dancers, musicians, managers , driver ( for the groups travel with their own vehicle ) should not exceed the mentioned number.

6) The groups are able to stay at the 4 xxxx hotel after the end of the festival ( 01 May 2013). Nevertheless, if the groups want to stay longer, all the accommodation expences after the end of the festival will belong to the groups own and the groups will pay 20€ ( Twenty Euro) daily per person. This conditon should be declared before taking part in the festival, the reservations will be done by the organization comittee.

7) The participants should be 16 years old or over.

8) The participant groups can join to the historical and cultural trips,which will be organization comittee, outside the performance hours.

9) The Participants should take place in every activities, which fall with in the program. During the festival all the groups are under the responsibility of the group leaders.

10) The participant groups have to acquire their own accident insurance and every kind of emergency and health insurances. And the groups are obliged to declare the insurance documents to the organization comittee before the festival.

11) The group leaders are responsible of the behaviours of their groups, and the damages which can exist at the festival area and the hotel rooms by their own group. Hereupon a contract will be sent to the invited groups and the groups will be asked to sign the contract.

12) Each group should have 2 different shows and costumes. The groups will be on stage for once in every performance and the duration for the performance will be 8 – 12 min. During the festival, each group will perform 2 or 3 times.

13) Joining to cortege march and to festival exhibitions with the costume for the groups is obligatory. The costumes should be suitable to the stage costume, traditional costumes or to the performed dance.

14) For the cortege march at Bodrum streets; the groups should bring their own country flags ( 100 x 150 cm.) or thy can bring their own organization’s pennants.

15) The groups can use live music or CD during their performance or the cortege march. But if they will use live music, they should inform the comittee about the equipments they will need ( microphones, technical equipments, etc. ) before the festival.

16) As participation fee, 75€ per person will be taken from the groups.


ORGANIZATION COMITTEE

1) During the festival the organization comittee will arrange the breakfast, lunch and dinner and their accordance to the festival program.

2) The Organzation comittee holds the rights of taking pictures of the performances, video, tv and the radio publishing.

3) Organization comittee has the right of publishing and the delivery of every kind of Festival Documents. If the groups do not join after signing the participation contract; Bodrum Dance Club holds the rights to declare the situation and apply to the other organizations around the world.

4) Festival program, participant countries and the hotel list will be anounced at the date of 01 March 2013.

5) 100 litres of gasoline will be given to the participants groups which join with their own buses by the organization comittee, at the end of the festival.

Български арт и фолклорен център „Нестия” има удоволствието да Ви покани на поредицата концерти „Празници по Великден 2013”, посветени на най-светлия християнски празник Великден:


Първи концерт: Момин проход /съвместно с читалище “Гео Милев 1954”/ - 04.05.2013г. от 11.00ч. на центъра на Момин проход.
Участие в концерта ще вземат: „Вал Пиран” - словенска фолклорна група; „Въгленче” – Кишинев, Молдова; Местния ансамбъл „Момин проход”, както и други групи и състави от София и страната.


Втори концерт: конкурса „Най – красиво великденско яйце” - с. Столник, община Елин Пелин / съвместно с община Елин Пелин/ - 05.05.2013г. от 11.30ч. на центъра на с. Столник.
Участие в концерта ще вземат: „Вал Пиран” - словенска фолклорна група; „Въгленче” – Кишинев, Молдова; Танцов ансамбъл „Столник, ГМ „Нани денс”, музикален театър при 140 училище и други.


Трети концерт: София / съвместно със Столична община – район Искър/ - 05.05.2013г. от 16.30ч. в кв. Дружба 1, на откритата сцена до общината.
Участие в концерта ще вземат: „Вал Пиран” - словенска фолклорна група; „Въгленче” – Кишинев, Молдова, както и местни групи и състави.

МЕЖДУНАРОДЕН ФОЛКЛОРЕН ФЕСТИВАЛ “НЕСТИЯ - ВЕЛИНГРАД 2013“

За трета поредна година ще се състои Международния фолклорен фестивал „Нестия – Велинград 2013”, посветен на 6 май – Гергьовден.
Организатори са Български арт и фолклорен център „Нестия”, община Велинград и Народно читалище “Св. Св. Кирил и Методий 1905”.
Фестивала ще се проведе на 06.05.2013г. /понеделник/ и ще включва 2 празнични концерта:
Първи концерт: от 12.00ч. в кв. Чепино на площада, посветен на празника на квартала, ще започне с водосвет.
Втори концерт: от 19.00ч. на откритата сцена в центъра на Велинград.
Участие във фестивала ще вземат ансамбъл „Чепинче”; „Вал Пиран” - словенска фолклорна група; „Въгленче” – Кишинев, Молдова; танцов състав „Бисерче” – кв. Суходол, София; Танцов ансамбъл „Столник” – Елин Пелин; фолклорна формация „Фонтан” и други.

International folk dance festival ’’St.CLEMENT & NAUM of OHRID’’

Dear friends,

It is our great pleasure to invite folk dance groups, singing groups, orchestras, modern dancing groups, majorettes and brass bands, to take part in one of our International folk dance festival ''St.Climent and Naum of Ohrid''.

The aim of the festival is to meet different cultures and customs, making friendships, rest and enjoy while singing and dancing.
Festival is being held at the coast of beautiful Ohrid Lake, in the Ohrid and Struga towns. Being the top tourist destinations in Macedonia, both towns are full with tourists all over the world, for the festival period, May-September.

Festival organizers are
Youth Culture Center OHRID and Folk Dance Ensemble OHRID.


Accommodation of participating groups is organized in the hotels on the Ohrid lake coast, in rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds, with bathroom, on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Also, there is a possibility to be accommodated in youth camps/hostels, rooms with 7 or 8 beds, floor bathrooms and toilets, on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

We are looking forward to host you in our beautiful Ohrid.

 If the weather is nice for swimming, every group has to take care about their members safety.

 Every group must have one english speaking person. Organizer will give an english speaking guide for every group who will be responsible for contact 24h a day.

 Number of participating groups is limited for each festival, so the places will be given to the groups who send their pre-payment first - 20€ per person (this amount is not refundable if the group cancel their participation).

 Group with 50 members may have max. 4 adults (group leader, choreographer, drivers) for free.
 Group with 40-45 members may have max. 3 adults for free.
 Group with 30-35 members may have max. 2 adults for free.

 The groups have to organize travelling to and from Ohrid.
 For the groups that are coming with their own bus there is a free parking place in the hotel aria.
 For the groups that are coming by plane, the organizers provide transfers for the performances free of charge. Also we can provide airport transfers (on group request we will send the offer). The nearest airport is Skopje (capital of FYROM) and the bus price depends on the number of people in the group, approx. 25-30eur per person, return ticket.

 If group needs visa, it is responsibility of the group to arrange it. Organizers can only give invitation letter to groups and can not interfere to visa issuing process and make contacts to embassies.

 The groups are recommended to have insurance policy for their members.

PARTICIPATION FEE:
 80 eur per person, 4 days on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the hotels, rooms with bathroom and 2, 3 or 4 beds.
 70 eur per person, 4 days on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the youth camps, rooms with floor bathroom and 7 or 8 beds.

 There is a possibility to extend your staying, if you wish, under the special festival conditions, which is 20 eur per person for each extra day (full board basis)

 Pre-payment (20eur per person) should be done latest till 10.March 2013. Payment details will be sent to you after receiving your application form. This amount is not refundable if the group cancel their participation.
