The National Olympics `Traditional Artistic Handicrafts`
From 1992 ,ASTRA national Museum Complex organized 4 editions of the Fair of the Children Handicrafts from Romania. After 1996, following the requests addressed to the Ministry of Education, this manifestation is part of the extra - curricular activities and was transformed in a National Olympics.
At the National Olympics `Traditional Artistic Handicrafts` may participate children (6 to 16 years old).
Place: the Open Air Museum from Sibiu's Grove.

19th Idaho International Folkdance Festival
Up to 300 dancers perform in a variety of venues. From the Opening Ceremonies, through the Parade, the Street Festival, Youth Culture Classes, Adult Dance Classes, Performances, and other ceremonies it is not unusual to see dancing, singing, and laughter filling the streets.
The goal of the festival is to have a cultural exchange between the community and countries of the world.
