The “Yi-Lan International Children’s Folklore & Folkgame Festival” which opens every year on the first weekend of July at Chin-Shui Water Park in Yi-Lan, is eagerly looked forward to by all. Varied performances, masterful themed exhibits, thrilling water activities, and memorable cultural exchanges will take us on a trip through the ultimate world of folkgames and make 2004 Yi-Lan summer an unforgettable experience.

The theme for the festival this year is `Amazing Summer 7 & 1/10` with host `Little Rain` and her friend Picasso taking you on an adventure full of love and courage.

It is an amateur festival open to professional and/or non-professional folk dance groups of a high artistic standart. It is realized in cultural exchange bases.

Under the title of `In the new century with dances songs and love!` in the village of Ravda, near Bourgas, will be organized a camp - festival for children, dealing with folklore - dancers, musicians, and singers.
