12.07.2018 Arrıval at Beograd, Accomodatıon at the hotel and dınner 13.07.2018 Breakfast, Visit of cıty,Opening the ceremony of the Festıval.Performances of the groups,Dınner and party 14.07.2018 Breakfast, Visit of the cıty in free boat treap and dınner and Optıonal Cıgan musıc nıght ... 15.07.2018 Breakfast, departure of the groups..
Condıtıons of theFestıval :
- Number of partıcıpants ara not limited - No agelimits - Organizatıon of the performances for the partıcıpants Partıcıpatıon fee ; 115 Euro 3*** Hotel Balasecic www.centarbalasevic.rs/en Accomodatıon in Hotel for triple and quadruple rooms.. - Halfboards (breakfast + dınner) - Organızatıon expenses - Diplomas - Letter of invitation At every 20 partıcıpants, one person free at coast ,Any group should be paid advance of %50 of total sum on account of organizers untıl 10th january 2018,,The rest of money, %50 should be paid after the group arrıved. Incase of cancellatıon, advancewill be not refund.

July 12th Arrival of the groups between 15:00... 19:00 meeting with the organizers , 20:00 Dınner and free tıme.. July 13th 09:00 After the breakfast Free day for sightseeing ,we suggest you visit the Eiffel Tower, the Opera, Avenue de Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and many other attractions... 20:00 Dınner and free tıme.. July 14th 10:00 After the breakfast all groups will go to MİLLY-LA-FORET for parade and Performance. 20:00 Dınner and free tıme.. July 15th After the breakfast the departure day
PER PERSON : 145 Euro... Hotel : 3*** EURO HOTEL (Orly Rungis) www.eurohotel.fr Hotel – Parıs (tour Eıffel) 22 km. Hotel – Milly La – Foret (performance please) 32 km. For groups of 21 participants, 22th is serviced free of charge, for the groups with over 40 participants – 41st and 42nd are serviced free of charge.
