Program ; 03.08.2017 Arrıval at Gronıngen, Accomodatıon at the hotel and Dınner.. 04.08.2017 09:00 Breakfast, free time fort he individual activities Groningen city sightseeing (Grote Markt,Martini Toren,Vismarkt,Prinsenhot Garden,Groninger Museum,Folkingstraat) ,Free tıme and Dınner…. 05.08.2017 09:00 Breakfast, Visit of the cıty in optıonal boat treap.. Free tıme..!! 17:00 Dinner 18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile. 20:00 Performances of the groups. Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival. 22:30 Goodbye Party with the live music 06.08.2017 Breakfast, departure of the groups.. Condıtıons of the Festıval ; - Number of partıcıpants ara not limited - No age limits - Organizatıon of the performances for the partıcıpants - Partıcıpatıon fee ; 3 *** Hotel 135 euro - Accomodatıon in Hotel for rooms 1/3 or 1/4 persons.. - Half boards (breakfast + dınner) - Organızatıon expenses - Diplomas - Letter of invitation - At every 20 partıcıpants, one person free at coast - Any group should be paid advance of %40 of total sum on account of organizers untıl 10th januery 2017,, The rest of money, %60 should be paid after the group arrıved.
