The purpose of the Festival is creation of the open space for developing cultural international contacts in the sphere of musical art, for developing respect for the achievements of the world culture of children and youth, and finally for strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between children of different countries.
Money awards: 1000 euro for Grand-Prix, 100 euro for the best solo, 100 euro for the special Jury prize.

The Festivals can participate the collectives and soloist of different genres:
 Academic and folk choirs,
 Vocal ensembles and soloists,
 Choreographic ensembles and soloists
 Orchestras; and string, wind and folk ensembles.
