The book is written by prof. Mihail Bukureshliev, famous Bulgarian folklorist, the creator of the children's choirs in Bulgaria, choir-master of Izvorche and other ensembles. In the "Zlatoprystia ot Strandja" (The Goldfingered from Strandja) he describes the life and the work of his friend and famous kaval-player Stoyan Velichkov. The book is sold with a CD with Stoyan Velichkov's performances. The book is in Bulgarian, but has an English summary and sheet music for kaval of some horos.
