The fifth edition of the Folklore Festival "Joy in Elena" will be held from April 29 to May 1 this year.

The organizers of the festival are the National Chitalishte "Napredak - Elena - 1863" - Elena and Dance Ensemble "Balkandzhiyche".

The festival is held under the patronage of the Mayor of Elena - Eng. Dilyan Mlazev.
