Izmir International Folkdance Festival will be held for five days in Izmir city placed in western part of Turkey that have both touristic and cultural wealth. Participated groups to the festival should be either an amateur Folk dance and/or Folk music groups, which should perform for 20 min., 30 min and maximum 40 min.

Participation Conditions:

1. Invitation letters are valid only when they are signed by the group director and sent to the organizing committee,
2. Each group should pay a “Festival Contribution Fee” of 400 EURO per each person,
3. Payment will be for the whole duration of the festival,
4. Each person participated to the festival will have an insurance by the festival committee,
5. Meals and accommodation will be by the committee,
6. There will be no extra fee for the tours during the festival,
7. For the participants below age of 18 must bring a receipt signed by their family to the festival committee in order them to participate the festival,
8. Accommodation will be at least in 3 stars hotels,
9. Transportation to and from the festival place is exterior from the festival committee commitment,
10. Participated country and group names will be announced by the festival committee.
