4th International Festival KUD Biser 2013 will be held from August 14th till 18th.
The groups should arrive to Velika Kladuša on the 14th of August by 17.00 hours at the arranged place which will be defined for each group.
In case the groups arrive early or later, due to any reason, has to inform the Board of Festival.
