01.- The group will stay at the Kilyos Social Foundations-Complex. The number of the participants will not be more than 35 persons including accompanying people and drivers. If the group wants to attend with more than 35 people, they have to bear their own expenses.
02.- Festival Committee will provide 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
03.-The age range of the students will be 7 – 14. Students older than 14 years will not be accepted. The performance group must be at least 1 dancers.
04.-The groups are supposed to be at Kilyos Social Foundations-Complex on 18.04.2018 12:00 p.m and they are supposed to leave on 24.04.2018 12:00 p.m
05.- Festival Committee will provide identification badge and a hat and t-shirt for all participants. These will be worn by the participant duruing the group tours.
06.- Each group should bring their National Flags . (Size: 100x150 cm)
07.- Festival Committee prefers the participating groups to perform Live Music. The groups must send the RIDER for the stage
08.- Festival Committee will not pay for travelling expenses. Within ISTANBUL borders 150 Litres. of fuel oil will be provided to the groups coming by bus. The groups coming by plane will be allocated a vehicle during the festival.
09.- The Participating Groups should prepare 5-10 min. performances.
10.- The students and musicians are supposed to wear their Traditional Costumes.
11.- The participant groups have to follow the rules determinated by the festival comittee.
12.-The groups will be able open a stand for their cultural introduction and they will be able to do workshop works.
13.- The groups have to join to Constituent Assembly (The First Turkish Grand National Assembly) work which is planned to be organised representatively
