international balkanart festival
[Terminal00] will be held in ljubljana, slovenia from the 28. of september till the 1. of october.
the central goal of the festival is encouraging youth to creativity, researching contemporary urban culture, and finding diversity in the
activities of the entire balkan region.
we were extremely surprised and pleased with the number of the received art works - 921 art works and more than 600 artist were competing in an
international competition. selected by an expert jury of acknowledged artists, young performers from the balkans will present themselves to the public in the centre of ljubljana.
the festival program is comprised of free events extending over four days:
exhibitions of photographs and images, jazz and ethno improvisations with balkan expression, video projections, films and animations, as well as club culture. we conclude the event with a round table on the topic 'the aesthetics
of the balkans'.
