We are pleased to announce that the website for the 2014 Bulgarian Folk Music & Dance Seminar to be held July 20-26 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is complete and online registration for the Seminar is now officially open:

This Seminar, celebrating its 10th year, offers a very special experience for non-Bulgarians (or Bulgarians interested in connecting with their "roots" music and dance) who want a more in-depth opportunity to learn traditional instruments, singing styles, and dance than is normally possible for groups or individuals traveling to Bulgaria. This rich and unique program couples the teaching expertise of instructors at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv with the traditional music and dance wisdom of tradition bearers from around Bulgaria. The dance program features different groups of dancers and musicians throughout the week, teaching dances from their own villages. A Bulgarian language class will also be offered, as well as optional evening social activities.
The Seminar is delighted to welcome well-known Dobrudzhan singer Kalinka Vulcheva to our staff for 2014. For 23 years Kalinka was a soloist with the world famous choir, “Les Mysteres des Voix Bulgares” (The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices); she has recorded more than 150 Dobrudzhan songs for radio stations in Bulgaria.

General conditions of the Festival:
There is no age limit or the number of participants and accompanying
It is necessary to prepare two different program lasting max 12 minutes
Need to bring their country’s flag and a performance at the decision of the organizers in conspicuous place. It is also necessary to visibly display panel (provided by organizers) which is inscribed with the name of your group and the country where you come from.
You can perform with orchestra (recommended) or CD track.
Everybody Loves Company Events Ltd Company reserves the right to change some of the general requirements for new Festival of the changes, and about all of the above will notify you within 24 hours.
If you decide to participate in the said event, you need to fill out an application for the festival and send it back. We will send you an official letter of invitation to participate in the festival.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS:
- XIV.International Folklore Music and Dance Festival ’’NEOS MARMARAS CUP 2014.’’ is being held for the 14th time, under the patronage of the Neos Marmaras municipality. It is gathering folk dance groups and music bands from all over the world, who like to meet new people and spend holiday week in Greece, singing and dancing together.
- Festival organizers are Municipality of Neos Marmaras, Mayor Mr.Georgios A.Kaplanis, and PARADISO Club Travel Agency, Belgrade, Serbia.
- Festival is competitive and is open for all groups, no age limit. Winners will be awarded by special cups and medals. Propositions of the festival competition will be sent to groups later.
- Competition part of the festival is not obligatory, only for groups that apply. All other groups take part in the review night.
- There will be few winning categories: best performance-dancing, best orchestra-music, best choir-singing, best costumes, best scenery…
- Also, there will be some ’’friendly’’ awards: best animation, most cheerful group, etc.
- Groups will have two performances at the festival and a short defile walking (no dancing in the parade). Each group has to prepare 10 min. of quality program. Performances are on the open air stages, wooden stage 12mx10m.
- It is not necessary to have live music. It is also allowed to perform using CD, but it has to be of a good quality recording.
- Accommodation of participating groups is organized in the 3 star family hotels near the city beach, in apartments and studios with 3 and 4 beds in rooms, with bathroom, TV, refrigerator, on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner-open buffet).
- Each group will get diploma for the participation to the festival, as well as DVD from the festival after the festival is finished.
- Every group will get official brochure of the festival with the presentation of the participating groups, in English.
- The group has to bring its national flag and board with the group name for the parade.
- If the weather is nice for swimming, every group has to take care about their members safety, there are no lifeguards on the beaches.
- Every group must have one English speaking person. Organizer will give an English speaking guide for every group who will be responsible for contact 24h a day.
- Number of participating groups is limited for each festival, so the places will be given to the groups who send their pre-payment first - 20€ per person (this amount is not refundable if the group cancels their participation).
- Each group has 1 free place for 25 persons who pay.
- The groups have to organize their travel to and from Neos Marmaras.
- Also we can provide airport transfers (on group request we will send the offer). The nearest airport is Thessalloniki and the bus price depends on the number of people in the group, approx. 30eur per person, return ticket.
- If group needs visa, it is responsibility of the group to arrange it! Organizers can only give invitation letter to groups and can not interfere to visa issuing process and make extra contacts to embassies.
- The groups are recommended to have insurance policy for all their members.
- Application form, together with 2-3 group photos and short biography, should be sent latest till 31.January 2014.

Първи национален фолклорен събор - надсвирване за тъпанджии
По инициатива на община „Тунджа” на 17,18, 19 октомври 2014 г. в село Кабиле, ще се проведе Първия национален фолклорен събор - надсвирване за тъпанджии – солисти и участници в народни състави на на името на „Ангел Кръстев” (бивш дългогодишен тъпанджия на Фолклорен ансамбъл „Тунджа”). Съборът ще се провежда на 5 години и се организира с финансовата подкрепа на Министерството на културата.
Ангел Георгиев Кръстев е роден в град Ямбол на 23 февруари 1950 година. През 1973 година започва като оркестрант на ударни инструменти в Тракийския ансамбъл до края на живота си. Инструменталист по дарование, той е един от най-добрите и известни музиканти в Ямболска област. Включен в състава на Ансамбъла за народни танци и песни „Тунджа”, той участва в многобройните концерти у нас и в чужбина. С уменията си доставя истинска наслада на своите слушатели. Музиката е в сърцето и душата му и е неговия живот. Големият му талант, широкото му сърце и трудолюбие са черти, които го правят обичан от всички любители на народните песни и танци.

( An international Dance festival )
Dear friends,
Udbhav is the leading organization of sports & cultural activities in India. Every year we organize an International dance festival in Gwalior ( INDIA ). We would like to invite dance groups from all over the globe to take part in the in our dance festival “ UDBHAV UTSAV.The festival would be organized in the historical city Gwalior. The city is famous for music & dance, fort, palace and many other historical monuments.One of the 8 wonders of the world, The Taj Mahal ( AGRA ) is situated near by Gwalior.
Participants -Folk groups, Traditional Dance groups, soloist, belly groups etc.
Date - 2nd to 6th November 2014
Conditions-
1. 3 meals per day.
2. The festival committee will provide English speaking guide. One English knowing person is compulsory in each group.
3. Local sight scenes will be arranged by the festival committee.
4. The festival committee covers the cost of the tickets to some of the historical places in the city
5. Each participant will receive certificate ( Diploma ) and each group will receive a memento/souvenir.
6. All the groups will cover their own travel expenses up to Gwalior railway station / airport and back.
7. Festival committee will receive the groups at Gwalior railway station / airport.
8. All groups will get an English speaking guide in capital Delhi (airport) who will assist them to take train or flight to Gwalior. Transportation between airport and railway station / domestic airport will be arranged by the festival committee.
9. If the groups interested, festival committee can arrange the Delhi-Gwalior-Delhi tickets .The cost of the tickets will be paid by the groups at time of arrival in Gwalior. Gwalior is at 325 kms from Delhi. Frequent train services are available. And one flight a day is available.
10. During festival groups will perform 4-6 items of 6-8 minutes each.( for groups ). For solo 2 items of 3 minutes and 2 items of 5 minutes.
11. Music may be live or on good recorded c.d. Pen drives are not permitted.
12. Group members must be of the age of 10+
13. Professional groups not permitted.
14. Schools, amateur groups, dance institutions are welcomed.
15. All the groups would be responsible for the confirmation of their journey tickets. Festival committee will not be responsible for any confirmation of journey tickets.
16. There is no provision of liqueur in the meals.
17. One official free for 20 members group.( 20+1).Maximum 20+1 members allowed.
18. Overseas health insurance is must.
19. Groups can avail the opportunity to visit Agra.The city of “Taj Mahal-(One of the 8 wonders of the world”) ,capital New Delhi, World famous city Jaipur, khajuraho and many other touristic places ,at their own cost. Festival committee will provide all necessary help if informed in advance.
Accommodation –1) Student Hostel – with 3 Indian meals Free of cost
2) 175 Euro per person ( accommodation in 3* hotel from 2 november 10 AM to 7th November 10 AM ) .
3) International Hostel accommodation -75 Euro per person. ( A/c Rooms with attached bath and T.V.)

♫ For the groups that are coming with their own bus there is a free parking place in the hotels area or nearby.
♫ Specially, for the groups that come by plane (airport Nikola Tesla), we can organize bus transfers. Return bus ticket price (airport-hotel-airport) depends on the number of people, approx. 15eur per person.
♫ For the groups that are coming by plane, the organizers provide transfers for the performances free of charge.
♫ If group needs visa, it is responsibility of the group to arrange it! Organizers can only give invitation letter to groups and can not interfere to visa issuing process and make extra contacts to embassies except the regular visa procedure.

İZMİR - TURKEY
Intern. Independet World Chıldren festıval of İzmir will take place between 20-25.04.2015 in İzmir from Turkey.
1.Accommodation and meals during the festival.Adults in Hotel and the child.will be guested by the families (to pair of) having children of the same age.
2.There will be receptıon groups at the İzmir Airport until the arrival of the participating troupes.The troupes Which arrive by bus,will use their own wehicle for the same activities and 100 litres of diesel oil will be given Them by the committee.
3.An english speaking interpreter for each troupe will be ready.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF FOREIGN TROUPES
1.Each participating troupe is consisted of 35 members,including children and adult.Administrators,teacher Musicians and other musn’t be more than 8 people.If there is any person besides 8 adults….
2.The children have to be between 08 and 15 years old.
3.The Internatıonal travelling expenses to İzmir Airport and Festıval Place… (20 km.)
4.Each troupe is requested to have own insurance covered including medical insurance during the trip.
5.The participating troupes are requested to arrive in İzmir on 20/04/2015 and depart on 25/04/2015
6.Each troupe should bring flags of their countries with them.
7.Participants are kindly requested to contact Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
8.All of the shows are with live music or recorded music…
9.There will be 3 times gift exchanges during the festival.
OTHER INFORMATIONS
1.The average temperature during 20/25 April is 23/26 C. And maybe rainly.
2.The healty services at the hospital in our city are extremely good and available.
3.Electricity is 220 volts in Turkey.

- International Folklore Music and Dance Festival ’’NEOS MARMARAS CUP 2015.’’ is being held for the 15th time, under the patronage of the Neos Marmaras municipality. It is gathering folk dance groups and music bands from all over the world, who like to meet new people and spend holiday week in Greece, singing and dancing together.
- Festival organizers are Municipality of Neos Marmaras, Mayor Mr.Georgios A.Kaplanis, PARADISO Club Travel Agency, Belgrade, Serbia and MyFolkFest Org.Team.
- Festival is competitive and is open for all groups, no age limit. Winners will be awarded by special cups and medals. Propositions of the festival competition will be sent to groups later.
- Competition part of the festival is not obligatory, only for groups that apply. All other groups take part in the review night.
- There will be few winning categories: best performance-dancing, best orchestra-music, best choir-singing, best costumes, best impression…
- Groups will have two performances at the festival and a short defile walking (no dancing in the parade). Each group has to prepare 10 min. of quality program. Performances are on the open air stages, wooden stage 10mx8m and concrete.
- It is not necessary to have live music. It is also allowed to perform using CD, but it has to be of a good quality recording.
- Accommodation of participating groups is organized in the 3 star family hotels near the city beach, in apartments and studios with 3 and 4 beds in rooms, with bathroom, TV, refrigerator, on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner).
- Each group will get diploma for the participation to the festival, as well as DVD from the festival after the festival is finished.
- Every group will get official brochure of the festival with the presentation of the participating groups, in English.
- The group has to bring its national flag and board with the group name for the parade.
- If the weather is nice for swimming, every group has to take care about their members safety, there are no lifeguards on the beaches.
- Every group must have one English speaking person. Organizer will give an English speaking guide for every group who will be responsible for contact 24h a day.
- Number of participating groups is limited for each festival, so the places will be given to the groups who send their pre-payment first - 20€ per person (this amount is not refundable if the group cancels their participation).
- Each group has 1 free place for 25 persons who pay.
- The groups have to organize their travel to and from Neos Marmaras.
- For the groups that are coming with their own bus there is a free parking place in the hotel area.
- Also we can provide airport transfers (on group request we will send the offer). The nearest airport is Thessalloniki and the bus price depends on the number of people in the group, approx. 30eur per person, return ticket.
- If group needs visa, it is responsibility of the group to arrange it!
Organizers can only give invitation letter to groups and can not interfere to visa issuing process and make extra contacts to embassies.
- The groups are recommended to have insurance policy for all their members.
- Application form, together with 2-3 group photos and short biography, should be sent latest until 31.january 2015. for festival in May and 31.march for festival in September.

- Pre-payment (20eur per person) should be done after your application is accepted. Please take care that this amount of 20eur per person is not refundable if the group cancel its participation. Payment instruction will be send upon your application is accepted.
