Anastas Naumov
Only a few composers are dedicated to such an extent they devote their whole work to one genre of music only. An example is the composer Anastas Naumov. The present release of some of his works marks his 80th anniversary.
He was born in 1928 in the town of Varna, in a family an artist. Since - his early childhood, Naumov has demonstrated his musical talent. After finishing the school of music in his native town, he graduated from the Bulgarian State Academy of Music in Sofia. He has devoted more than 50 years of his lefe to the most popular and problematic of arts - musical folklore.
