Atanas Manchev Folklore Ensemble , Burgas - photos and video (8 photos)

Folklore ensemble "Atanas Manchev", Burgas was established in 1945.

Radko Tonev has been a choreographer and artistic director of the ensemble at the National Chitalishte "Probuda - 1880" in Burgas for over 40 years. After his retirement, the tradition is continued by his son and daughter - Dimitar Tonev and Pavlina Krasteva.

Exhibition “Follow the Footsteps” (7 photos)

XXIII International Folklore Festival "Vitosha" (3 photos)

XXIII International Folklore Festival "Vitosha" will be held between 15 - 20 July 2019. in Sofia. The festival will bring together dancers and musicians from Bulgaria, Europe, Asia and America. Organizers of the "Vitosha" IFF are the Vitosha Chitalishte - 1951, the Vitosha region, with the support of Sofia Municipality. The festival is included in the important events of the cultural calendar of Sofia Municipality for 2019. International Folklore Festival "Vitosha" is a member of FIDAF - Federation of International Dance Festivals and has been awarded the "Best Festival of FIDAF for 2016".
