III. GROUP AND PARTICIPANT RESTRICTIONS
• In Festival may participate adult , youth and children folkore dance groups , modern dance groups , vocal , instrumental groups and soloists as well groups and performers from other art’s styles and the participant groups has no limit of the number of participants.Groups should perform approximately 10-15 minutes either with live or cd
• At the arriving in Turkey ,the participants must have valid medical insurance / obligatory-in accordance with the Turkish legislation.
• The organization will be given all the material and needed for the better knowledge of the groups , as well as the administrative requirements. The group should send this information before the 31th January 2012.

IV. TRANSFORMATION - TRAVEL INFORMATION
• The groups must pay the travel expenses by them selves to city of Bodrum or to Bodrum Airport and back.
• The festival will assure free of charge buses for the groups coming by plane to pick up them from Bodrum Airport ,during the festival days and back to the Bodrum Airport.
The participant groups has arrive to Bodrum (Turkey) on 11th of September 2012 and leave on 16th of September 2012 after having breakfast.

In these weekend there are many different workshops you can choose to follow, but there are two workshop especially for balkan music; "Klinkt als Balkan" for starting instrumentalists of balkanmusic and "Bulgaarse en Balkanzang" for skilled singers.

All weekend of Stichting Volksmuziek Nederland are inclusief lessons and logees.

The fest­ival is open for ama­teur folklore ensembles of all types (folk music groups, dance groups with live or recorded music).

Dur­ing the fest­ival the folk­lore groups will get through the fol­low­ing pro­gramme points:

Offi­cial meet­ing of group lead­ers with the rep­res­ent­at­ives of the Muni­cip­al­ity of Sfântu Ghe­orghe.

През месец декември 2011 година в София се проведе работно заседание на Борда на I.G.F. /Международна федерация на национални фолклорни федерации/.

Едно от решенията, които се взеха, бе да се учреди ежегоден фестивал под надслов ”Световни фолклорни звезди”. Фестивалът ще се провежда всяка година в различна държава и тъй като България бе домакин на работната среща й бе предоставено първото домакинството.

Бе решено във всяко издание да участват по 6 държави и след теглене на жребий за първото бяха определени Италия, Кипър, Румъния, Украйна, Хърватия

Идеята за учредяването на фестивала ”Световни фолклорни звезди” е той да е своеобразен финал на провежданите през годината множество фолклорни фестивали на I.G.F., затова най-подходящо време за провеждане е месец септември, тъй като летните фестивали са приключили. Българската страна определи датите 21,22 и 23 септември с обосновката , че 22-ри е Официален празник.

Всяка от държавите - членки ще изпрати за участие един от най-добрите си колективи, а всяка от участващите групи ще се представя в две вечери с различни програми. Жури, съставено от членове на Борда на I.G.F. ще оценява изпълненията.

Официални гости ще бъдат – Президента на I.G.F. – Проф.д-р Дорел Козма, вицепрезидентите – Бенито Риполи/Италия/ и Михалис Ланитис/Кипър/, президентите на федерациите на страните участнички и членове на Борда на I.G.F.

Фестивалните концерти ще бъдат от 19.00 часа в салона на Общинския културен център.

Цялостната организация на фестивала се поема от федерацията на български фолклорни групи, чието седалище е в Разград.

Hanioti is the pearl of the Greek sea which has more than 200 000 European tourists every year. It is situated on the first finger of the peninsula Chalkidiki in Northern Greece 100km south-east from Thessaloniki. It is a modern, touristic place with lots of beautiful hotels and suits. It also has a long sandy beach. In the very centre of Hanioti there is an amphitheatre in which the festival is held accompanied by several thousands of visitors.

The accommodation is organized in de lux suits and hotels with 1/3 and 1/4 rooms 5 minutes from the centre and the beach. Only 2 double rooms are available per group which can be used for the leaders and drivers. On the main square around the amphitheatre there are traditional restaurants in which we organize breakfast and lunch. During the festival every ensemble has at least two shows- the main one in Hanioti and the other in one of the places of Municipality of Pallini. The shows are organized in the evening hours with a short defile at the start. After the shows the participants receive certificates and exchange gifts.


During free days it is possible to organize rehearsals in the amphitheatre.

• Cruising (9.30-16.30h) for all interested participants – party on the ship. The ship sails through bay to the second peninsula making brakes for swimming and sightseeing (price – 10 € per person).

• Last day on the way back (or any one before) it is possible to organize visit: to an exciting amusement park – Magic Park, (17.00 – 20.00h, 8 euro per person)


Conditions to fulfill to participate in the festival:
• Participants should be children from the age of 5 to 18

• Ensembles and singing groups need to have at least 10 minutes of programme

• Participation fee is 120 € per person and covers accommodation for 5 nights,HB (breakfast, lunch), and expenses of the festival organization.

The festival plan:
1 day – arrival in the morning – lunch and free activities. Meeting with the Leaders of the groups at 20:00.
2 day – free activity until evening and performance at 7
3 day – free activity until evening and performance at 7
4 day – free activity cruising 9.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m.
5 day – free activity until evening hours and performance at 7 p.m. and one hour party for the children
6 day – departure (after breakfast). The groups can use whole day on the beach...

During the last 6 years more than 5000 children from all over Europe participated on the Festival in Hanioti for what we are very proud to announce that.

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL – CONTEST OF CHILDRENS AND YOUTH CREATIVITY „THE AUTUMN FAIRY TALE“ The festival is held from 27th. of October to 1st. of November 2012 in Krusnohorske theatre of Teplice, National House of Vinohrady in Prague; City Hall of Karlovy Vary, Dresden & Berlin UNDER THE PATRONAGE:City Hall of Prague, Ministry of the education of the Czech Republic, President of the Usti region. PARTICIPANTS:
 Vocal groups performing folklore music: choirs and ensembles
 Dance groups performing traditional and folklore dances
 Instrumental groups: orchestras and ensembles, performing folk music
 Groups enacting parts of folk ceremonies, rituals, popular games, etc.

CATEGORIES:
А – folklore vocal, authentic folklore (choirs and ensembles)
B – classic vocal and modern arrangement of folklore music (choirs and ensembles)
С – instrumental ensembles and orchestras (folklore music)
D – choreographic ensembles and pairs (folklore dances)

No limitations are placed on age and number of participants.
CONTEST PROCEDURE: The contest shall consist of 2 rounds:
Grand Prix is 40000 Roubles (~1000 EUR)

1. Индивидуални изпълнители – 25 лв. за всяко участие.
2. Камерни състави – до 6 участника – 15 лв. на всеки участник.
3. Ансамбли, хорове, и др. – 120 лв. /за всяка възрастова група от един състав, която се явява пред жури, се заплаща по 120 лв. за участие или 15 лв. на участник, ако групата е до секстет/

РЕГЛАМЕНТ ИНДИВИДУАЛНИ ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛИ

1. ИЗПЪЛНИТЕЛИ НА НАРОДНИ ПЕСНИ И ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛИСТИ
* Всички участници изпълняват произведения до 5 минути. Певците трябва да включат една песен от репертоара на Надка Караджова, бавната песен ще добави в актива на изпълнителя бонус точки в класирането.
* Участниците от 1-ва и 2–ра възрастова група изпълняват две бързи песни до три куплета, от които едната е на Надка Караджова.
* Съпроводът е по желание с един или група инструменти.

2. ВОКАЛНИ ГРУПИ ЗА АВТЕНТИЧЕН И ОБРАБОТЕН ФОЛКЛОР, НАРОДНИ ХОРОВЕ
* Групите за автентичен фолклор изпълняват две народни песни, от които една да бъде от репертоара на Надка Караджова, до 6 минути .
* Групите за обработен фолклор и народните хорове изпълняват по три обработки. Времетраене – 10 минути.

3. ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛНИ ГРУПИ И ОРКЕСТРИ
* Инструменталните групи изпълняват две народни мелодии, една от които е желателно да е от репертоара на Надка Караджова – до 6 минути,
* Народните оркестри изпълняват две самостоятелни пиеси - до 10 минути

4. БЪЛГАРСКА ХОРЕОГРАФИЯ
* Представя се най–малко един танц от съответния район, а другият е по личен избор.
* Камерните танци трябва да бъдат с тематичен или сюжетен характер.
* Камерните групи представят програми до 10 минути, а танцовите състави до 15 минути.
* Фолклорните ансамбли се представят с времетраене до 20 минути.
