От 01 до 07 октомври 2011г. в с.Смилян, общ. Смолян стартира първия организиран от Фолклорно радио „Менци” Мастер клас за народно пеене с известната българска народна певица Верка Сидерова. В продължение на седем поредни дни участниците ще имат възможност да се докоснат до извора на добруджанската песен чрез омайния глас на дългогодишната солистка на Държавния ансамбъл за народни песни и танци „Филип Кутев”- гр.София. В ансамбъла певицата развива шеметна кариера, „изваяна лично от Филип Кутев”, както самата тя казва. Прославя българската народна песен в над 29 страни в цял свят, носителка на голямата награда „Нестинарка” - за цялостна певческа кариера на Международния фолклорен фестивал в Бургас , удостоена със званието „Почетен гражданин на Добрич” за нейния изключителен принос и всеотдайност в популяризиране на добруджанската народна песен в страната и по света. През цялата си кариера Верка Сидерова е пяла само добруджански песни, на който общият брой възлиза на над 200 песни. През 2003 година издава албума „Лале ли си, зюмбюл ли си” с най-известните добруджански народни песни за периода 1960-2000 година.
В първия ден от обучението Верка Сидерова ще запознае своите ученици с родната й Добруджанска фолклорна област чрез музика, песни и танци, носии и шевици, алати и занаяти, значението на Добруджа за България в миналото и днес. През всичките седем дни участниците ще заучават текста и музиката на добруджанските бързи и бавни песни. В последния ден от приятното обучение ще се състои Гала концерт на участниците със заучените песни, с подкрепата на самата Верка Сидерова и участието на самодейния състав за народни танци към НЧ „Асен Златаров” с.Смилян.
Вече една година фолклорно радио „Менци” прохожда с игриви стъпки в интернет пространството, радва българи от цял свят с българската народна песен и топли техните сърца. Целите на радиото са да съхранят, запазят и популяризират българския фолклор в страната и извън нея. Издателите издирват автентичните песни от всички региони на страната. Любовта към българската мелодична народна песен ражда и нови таланти и една от целите на интернет изданието е да ги издирва в музикалните училища в страната, да спомага за тяхното развитие и да ги продуцира. Организирането на Мастер клас „Докосване до извора” е една от стъпките за издирването, популяризирането и продуцирането на бъдещи фолклорни таланти. Избраните за най-добри изпълнители биха могли да получат предложение за издаване на самостоятелна песен, продуцирана от фолклорно радио „Менци”.

We would like to invite you to participate in the IV International folklore festival “INTERFOLK in Russia” to be held in St.Petersburg on November 11-16, 2011.

St.Petersburg opens its gates and invites folklore ensembles from all over the world; your songs and dances will contribute to a sun atmosphere in St.Petersburg for professional dialogue to share experiences and repertoire.
The festival will be managed by the Committee of Culture of St.Petersburg and “Inter Aspect” creative association, under the patronage of State Cappella of St.Petersburg, the Saint Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, The Russian State Pedagogic University. The partner of the festival is European Association of Folklore Festival (EAFF).

Folklore ensembles are eligible to join the festival either as non-competitive participating in all the performances of the festival, or as competitive ensembles.

We would like to invite you to participate in the IV International folklore competition “INTERFOLK in Russia” to be held in St.Petersburg on November 12 - 15, 2011.

CATEGORIES:
А – folklore vocal, authentic folklore (choruses and folklore ensembles)
B – classic vocal and modern adaptation of folklore music, (choirs and ensembles)
С – folklore vocal (soloists)
D – choreographic ensembles (folklore dances)
Е – folklore dances (soloist, pair)
F – instrumental bands and orchestras (folklore music)
G – instrumental music (soloist with folk tunes)

The contest shall consist of 2 rounds:

To participate in the first round artists will present two pieces based on popular (folklore) material of any country, the whole performance during no more than 10 minutes.
Only the Gold Winners will pass in the second round.
By results of the second round the best group receive the Grand Prix.
The prize fund is 1500 euro.
