The festival is part of the events in the program of the festival season 2013, which are held in city Primorsko and city Sofia.

The festivals are included in the cultural program in city Primorsko and in the cultural calendar of the Ministry of the culture, the festivals are held with the kind assistance of the Mayor of the Municipality.

The festival has the aim to give a chance for expression on a significant number of children and young people and help raise their motivation to engage in constructive creative activity as a preventive measure in combating the vicious addictions (cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc.) and aggression.

In the festival can participate majorette dances groups, children and youth from clubs, schools, dances schools etc.

Competition directions:

1. BATON /with batons/. The direction include Marsh Parade / defile 100 m/ and choreography on place/ on stage/.
2. POM-PON / with pompons/. The direction include Marsh Parade/ Defile 100 m/ and choreography on place.
3. FLAG / with flags/. The direction include only choreography on place/ on stage/.
4. MIX / baton + pom- pon; baton + flag; pom- pon + flag /. The direction include only choreography on place/ on stage/.
Age groups:

- Age group from 08 to 11 years
- Age group from 12 to 15 years
- Age group up to 15 years

Note: 70 % from the participants from the age group must to answer to the age limitation.

Competition categories:

- solo – participants are only girls
- duet / trio – participants are only girls
- chamber groups /to 7 person/ – participants are only girls
Note: In direction FLAG- can participate maximum 3 boys.
- formation /up to 8 person/


Note: In POM-PON and FLAG directions, if the participants are more than 12, 1/ 6 from them can be boys. In the direction BATON, the participants are only girls.

Competition disciplines:
- Marsh parade /Defile 100 m/
- Choreography on place /on stage/

For formations:
1.Marsh- parade /only for directions BATON and POM- PON/ – the competition route is 100 m length and 6 m width. Maximum time for performance is 3 minutes.
2.Choreography on place/ on stage/- The duration of the performance is from 2.30 min and to 3.00 min without entry and exit of the group.
For the directions FLAG and MIX, formations participate only with choreography on place/ on stage/. The duration of the performance is from 2.30 min and to 3.00 min without entry and exit of the group.
For solo, duet, trio and chamber group/4-7/: Participate only in discipline choreography on place/ on stage/ in all the directions. The duration of the dance is from 1.15 min to 1.30 min, without the time for entry and exit of the stage.
In every formation obligatory must to have participation with big group/ 8- 25 participants/.

Organization:
- Handing the programs for individual participation, and these for the festival days on the groups in the day of their arrival.
- The concerts and the competition nights are on open summer stage in city Primorsko and city Kiten, as on open stages in the region of the municipality.
- It’ s provided a defile before the start of the concerts in every day of the festival concerts, exhibitions- bazaar of souvenirs, meeting with the municipality administration, video and photo recording of the performances.
- It’s provided for all the participants of the festival: Disco, “Neptune night”, “Miss golden baton” festival.
- On the Gala concert will participate only the nominated and by the opinion of the jury.
- For all the participants are provided diplomas for participation, which will be handing on the Gala concert.
- During the festival for the participants are assured nights and three time meal in hotels category 2 stars in city Primorsko for payment. Information about actual offers for accommodation can receive by email: office@eurogradebg.com
- The organizers reserve the right to change the individual programs, if it’s necessary after the handing them of the groups.

Awards: Prize “Golden baton” – statuette, diplomas, plaques/ medals.

Financial conditions:
- Festival fee / 8 days, 7 nights/ - inquire for actual offer and details on email: office@eurogradebg.com
Registration fee in the competition program- 15 euro for every participant / in all the directions BATON, POM- PON, FLAG and MIX/
- Transportation costs to Primorsko and back shall be paid by the participants!!! Transport costs for the participants during the festival of the stages in Primorsko and Kiten are for the cost of the organizers.
- The fees obligatory must to be paid by bank transfer in 15 days, after the confirmation for participation from the organizers. In this period it is necessary to send the transfer confirmation by email or fax. Applications without confirmation are canceled.
