The "International Folk Forum Malta-2008" is organized by Ministry of Culture of Malta and some International organizations. 18 folklore groups from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America will take part in this folk forum.

The Bulgarian Kukeri Folk Group from Russe will present Bulgarian dance and music folklore in "International Folk Forum Malta-2008".

Introduction to Bulgarian folk dances with Boris Dimitrov from Sofia - Bulgaria.

Special session on January 9th 2008 from 8pm to 10pm.

Dance Workshops are $15 each. Party with live music Saturday night from 8:30 to 12 midnight is $20.

The town of Pernik, Bulgaria will meet for the 17th time the survakari and kukeri groups from all parts of Bulgaria for the International Festival of Masquerade Games “Surva”.

Besides the competition, groups from abroad will take part as well.
