It is the Serbian flag made of light weight durable polyester. It is water, weather and fade resistant. Has a grommet on the left edge for flying on a pole. It can also be used as a wall hanger also outdoors or indoors.
The flag of Serbia is a tricolour with Pan-Slavic colours, with three equal horizontal fields, red on the top, blue in the middle and white on the bottom.
