Please can anyone help me? I need to make a Bulgarian bridal headscarf to go with a folklore costume from the North for one of my daughters dance competitions in the UK. I have looked on the internet for information and have found that the headscarf could be white with embroidery and fringe at each end OR it could be red. Which is more correct? If anyone could help I would be very, very grateful.

I feel that the headscarf should be of red colour because red colour is known for it's richness and it aids to beautify your daughter too.
