The amazing voices of the formation 'Eva Quartet' belong to four exceptional singers from the worldwide famous choir 'Le Mystere des voix bulgares'. Gergana Dimitrova, Sofia Kovacheva, Evelina Stoilova, Daniela Stoichkova and their conductor Milen Ivanov fascinate the audience throughout Europe. 'Harmonies' proves indisputably the quartet's virtuosity. Folklore songs from different regions in Bulgaria are included in the album. Some of the new arrangements are especially made for the formation. Veselin Nikolov, one of the founders of the New Bulgarian Jazz in the 60s, composed a piece of music based on a melody from IX c. The unique sounding of the song 'Bring the Cattle Out, Gano' is owed to the famous composer and piano player Antony Donchev. Two of the songs in the album are the work of the late renowned composer Ivan Spassov.
