Dear friends and colleagues,

We would like to invite you to participate in the IV International folklore festival “INTERFOLK in Russia” to be held in St.Petersburg on November 11-16, 2011.

St.Petersburg opens its gates and invites folklore ensembles from all over the world; your songs and dances will contribute to a sun atmosphere in St.Petersburg for professional dialogue to share experiences and repertoire.
The festival will be managed by the Committee of Culture of St.Petersburg and “Inter Aspect” creative association, under the patronage of State Cappella of St.Petersburg, the Saint Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts, The Russian State Pedagogic University. The partner of the festival is European Association of Folklore Festival (EAFF).

Folklore ensembles are eligible to join the festival either as non-competitive participating in all the performances of the festival, or as competitive ensembles.
DEADLINE FOR SENDING IN APPLICATIONS FOR THE FESTIVAL IS JULY 31, 2011
