The fest­ival is open for ama­teur folklore ensembles of all types (folk music groups, dance groups with live or recorded music).

Dur­ing the fest­ival the folk­lore groups will get through the fol­low­ing pro­gramme points:

2 – 3 open air performances/​ensemble in the city centre of Sfântu Ghe­orghe
Offi­cial meet­ing of group lead­ers with the rep­res­ent­at­ives of the Muni­cip­al­ity of Sfântu Ghe­orghe.

Open­ing parade of the attend­ing ensembles in the city centre
Half-​day sight­see­ing tour of the city and Cov­asna county

Din­ner with other par­ti­cip­at­ing groups
Tra­di­tional fair, con­certs
Wel­come and farewell party

You will have a unique oppor­tun­ity to present the cul­ture and tra­di­tions of your region and coun­try to thou­sands of view­ers from all over the world, make new friends and last, but not least – visit Sfântu Ghe­orghe and Szekler­land with all its sights and magic.
