Dancers from "Mera Dance" won "Nevrokop playing, singing and dancing" in Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria

Folk Dance Club "Mera Dance" from Sofia, won the grand prize at the National Folk Festival "Nevrokop playing, singing and dancing". In second place was the folk dance club "Nevrokopski vihar" of Gotse Delchev.

Over 2,000 participants in groups and individual performers went through three stages of the festival. The three-day festival was canceled last night. Folk Dance Club "Mera Dance" in Sofia, Bulgaria, led Radostina Vassileva, won the grand prize of 4,000 lev to the second edition of the National Folk Festival "Nevrokop playing, singing and dancing." Objective jury chaired Petar Grigorov determine the second prize of 1,000 lev to the Folk dance club "Nevrokop vihar" of Gotse Delchev.



Checks with amounts deserved the prize fund managers gave laureates GERB MP and Chairman of the Civil Society of the organizers of the festival, Georgi Andonov. Awards for authentic folklore won Folk group "Borika" Stoykite, female singing group "Govedartsi" and Ensemble for Folk Songs and Dances "Ivan Popov" - village Lyaski.

With a big concert outside the competition program of the folk group "Mehomia" from Razlog, Nikolina Chakardakova and "Nevrokopski" Folk Songs and Dances officially closed late last night the biggest cultural event of the year in Gotse Delchev.
